We'll explain our current business and ordering policies on this page.

ANY replication or use of our ring or cage designs, including frame, cage panels, color coding, slot groove systems without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. We consider this our intellectual property and any violation will result in legal action.

Payment Policy:

Orders are to be paid in full before delivery/shipping. You can either pay 75% down and the remainder PRIOR to shipping OR the entire balance and delivery/shipping will be made as soon as your items are completed.

Financing:

Lenders are listed on our financing page. Quite a few of these have history with financing rings and cages. As always we would advise you check with your local banking establishments as well for financing.

Layaway Plan:

We offer a layaway plan here at ringsandcages.com (TM). This plan is set up so those who do not have the money for a large down payment or who cannot get financing can still get a ring/cage. We keep track of your balance and when you reach your 3/4 way point, we begin work on your ring. Once your layaway is paid in full you get your ring/cage. There is no time period for layaway.

Refunds:

The 3/4 amount of your total cost is NON REFUNDABLE if you decide you do not want the ring/cage so we ask that you please make sure you want to purchase a ring/cage with ringsandcages.com (TM). From the time you purchase your ring/cage we purchase the materials for your cage, therefore no refunds are given.

Shipping and Handling

We offer shipping, however, shipping is very expensive. This will be via Roadway.

Of course we always allow pickups for those who do not wish to pay a shipping charge.

If choosing to ship your item you assume all responsibility. We ship via steel divider ONLY. This insures you receive your items without pieces/parts missing. We are not responsible for any damage/loss to your products once it is loaded up and leaves our building.

Merchandise ships/delivers/is picked up ONLY AFTER PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED. If paying by check, checks must clear prior to receiving your ring.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

All rings and cages (competition and floor) come with a one (1) year warranty on your steel and welding. This warranty activates the day the customer takes possession of their merchandise.

Without expressed written permission from Rings and Cages, Incorporated, ANY alterations or modifications made to any part of the cage or flooring or stairs negate any and all warranties. ANY alterations or modifications done by parties other than Rings and Cages, Inc. are not guaranteed by Rings and Cages, Inc., thus Rings and Cages, Inc. will be held harmless from any and all incidents that may occur.

ANY QUESTIONS about any of the above policies please contact us PRIOR to ordering your merchandise.

Returns

Our goal is to give you exactly what you want ahead of time. This is why we are willing to work with you on designs and any special needs you want. We discuss different variations, good points, bad points of each so you know what you are getting ahead of time and to insure that is exactly what you want. Because of this all sales are final.
