Our Policies

ANY replication or use of our ring or cage designs, including frame, cage panels, color coding, slot groove systems without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. We consider this our intellectual property and any violation will result in legal action.

Payment Policy:

Orders are to be paid in full before delivery/shipping. Items being shipped are to be paid in full at the time of order. This allows us to ship immediately upon completion. If item is being picked up, 75% down payment is required at the time of ordering, remainder upon pickup.

Refunds:

If you decide you do not want your order after paying your 75% payment, you will reimbursed your 75% amount minus labor fees. Labor fees vary depending on the project. If you have already received your product, no refunds are offered, if you need to sell your product we will gladly assist you in doing so.

STORAGE: Rings and Cages, Inc will not store your product for you. If the product ships, remaining balance and shipping costs are due within 3 working days from the time of completion so your item(s) may be shipped. Any pickups are to be completed within a week unless other arrangements are made prior. ANY product left over 2 weeks from the date of completion is subject to sale to recover costs to Rings and Cages, Inc. You will be refunded your 75% down minus any and all labor costs, handling fees etc...

We are open for customer pickups Mon-Fri 8am to NOON.

Shipping and Handling

If choosing to ship your item you assume all responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage/loss to your products once it is loaded up and leaves our building. We will arrange shipping through our shipping brokers and you will be contacted by them to arrange shipping payment. Your item ships immediately following.

Merchandise ships/delivers/is picked up ONLY AFTER PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED. If paying by check, checks must clear prior to receiving your product.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

All rings and cages (competition and floor) come with a lifetime warranty on steel and welding if purchased after Jan 1, 2011. If purchased prior to Jan 1, 2011 your original 1 yr steel and welding warranty applies. This warranty activates the day the customer takes possession of their merchandise.

Without expressed written permission from Rings and Cages, Incorporated, ANY alterations or modifications made to any part of the cage or flooring or stairs negate any and all warranties. ANY alterations or modifications done by parties other than Rings and Cages, Inc. are not guaranteed by Rings and Cages, Inc., thus Rings and Cages, Inc. will be held harmless from any and all incidents that may occur.

Returns

Our goal is to give you exactly what you want ahead of time. This is why we are willing to work with you on designs and any special needs you want. We discuss different variations, good points, bad points of each so you know what you are getting ahead of time and to insure that is exactly what you want. Because of this all sales are final.
